Litigation Support Overview

The Litigation Support Division of EWA Information and Infrastructure Technologies, Inc. (IIT), was launched in 2012 to provide law firms and corporate counsel with advanced forensic, data security and technical capabilities.

IIT is a leading provider of risk management and information security services, including highly secure data hosting, computer forensics and incident response, vulnerability assessments and development of comprehensive security systems. The majority of our 140+ employees and facilities are cleared to handle United States Government Top Secret and higher classified information.

Our customers include federal agencies (e.g. Departments of State, Homeland Security, Defense, Army, Navy, USAID, National Security Agency and other intelligence agencies); state and local governments (e.g, transportation, border security, and public health agencies); Tier-1 and Tier-2 telecommunication companies and major telecommunication systems vendors; and the Big Four accounting firms and major transportation companies (e.g., Amtrak, Union Pacific, Norfolk Southern, BNSF Railroad).

Our Litigation Support Division, which includes attorneys, engineers and technical personnel, leverages our advanced capabilities and experience to provide lawyers and their clients with cost effective, 24 hours per day/7 days a week cutting edge technical expertise:

 • Computer forensics: Our experts do not simply operate sophisticated forensic tools – they use the computer science and programming behind the tools to develop innovative, case-specific techniques to discover deeper levels of data and data histories.
• Vulnerability assessment, security planning and incident response: Law firms and companies understand their professional and fiduciary duties to protect data from hacking and other malicious attacks; government and private industry have long relied on our skill and expertise to protect against and respond to all such threats.
